Throttle Body: Removal: Removal

  1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 3
  2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 4
  3. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 18
  4. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT  . Refer to REPLACEMENT - Step 4
  5. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 23
  6. REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 9
  7. REMOVE THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the 2 water by-pass hoses.

    2. Disconnect the throttle position sensor and control motor connector.
    3. Remove the 4 bolts, throttle body and gasket.

    4. Remove the 2 water by-pass hoses from the throttle body.
