High-Pressure Fuel Delivery Pipe

  1. Temporarily tighten the high-pressure fuel delivery pipe by hand until it is seated, and tighten the flare nuts on both ends.
    CAUTION: Always use a new high-pressure fuel delivery pipe.

    Tightening torque: 

    25 N.m (2.5 kgf-m, 18.4 ft-lb)

  2. Install the fuel pipe insulator No. 2. <Ref. to FUEL PIPE INSULATOR NO. 2 , INSTALLATION, Fuel Insulator.>
  3. Install the fuel pipe insulator No. 1. <Ref. to FUEL PIPE INSULATOR NO. 1 , INSTALLATION, Fuel Insulator.>
  4. Install the fuel pump insulator. <Ref. to FUEL PUMP INSULATOR , INSTALLATION, Fuel Insulator.>
  5. Install the intake manifold. <Ref. to INSTALLATION , Intake Manifold.>
  6. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. <Ref. to BATTERY , NOTE, Note.>
