EGR Temperature Sensor: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect EGR temperature sensor connector
2. Spray the base of the sensor with penetrating fluid and let it soak for five (5) minutes.
3. Remove the sensor in the CCW direction.
4. Install in reverse order. Tighten fasteners to 13.7 - 15.2 ft lb (18.6 - 20.6 Nm).
