Steering System - Manual: Description

Steering gear is a rack and pinion type. Rack preload is automatically adjusted. Pinion is connected to steering shaft by a flexible rubber coupling. Steering knuckles are connected to rack by tie rods which attach to ball joint studs at each end of rack.
