EGR Valve: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve.
2. Remove EGR bolts.
3. Remove EGR valve.

INSTALLATION
1. Install new gasket.
2. Install EGR valve.
3. Install EGR valve bolts.

Torque: 20 N.m (15 ft-lbs)

4. Connect EGR valve electrical connector.
