Control module: Removing

  1. Lower the soft top and position the soft top cover straight up.
  2. Remove the side trim. See REMOVING .
  3. Note the number of soft top cycles before changing the control module.
    IMPORTANT: ESD-SENSITIVE COMPONENT 
    Ground yourself by touching the car body or engine before unplugging or plugging in the component. Never touch the connector pins  . Prior to changing a control module refer to BEFORE CHANGING A CONTROL MODULE .
  4. Remove the control module.

  6. Unplug the connector.
