Two Port System

1. Remove throttle body assembly, EGR pipe and valve.
2. Clean opening in intake manifold using 10mm drill bit. Remove any carbon deposits from intake manifold.
3. Clean EGR pipe and dry with compressed air.
4. Using wire brush clean inlet and outlet of EGR valve taking care not to damage valve pintle.
5. Using vacuum pump, apply vacuum to hold valve open. Rinse valve with suitable solvent and dry with compressed air.
6. Using new gasket, install EGR valve and pipe. Connect vacuum hose.
7. Install throttle body.
