Communication Interface Module Bracket Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the communication interface module. Refer to Communication Interface Module Replacement (Communication Interface Module Replacement).
2. Remove the communication vehicle interface unit. Refer to OnStar Vehicle Interface Unit Replacement (Service and Repair).




3. Remove two module bracket mounting screws from each side of the module.
4. Remove the module bracket.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the module bracket to the module.
2. Install two module bracket mounting screws to each side of the module.
3. Install the communication vehicle interface unit. Refer to OnStar Vehicle Interface Unit Replacement (Service and Repair).
4. Install the communication interface module. Refer to Communication Interface Module Replacement (Communication Interface Module Replacement).
