Installation Procedure

  1. Install the air cleaner inlet duct (4) to the engine.
    2. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Install the air cleaner inlet duct to air cleaner assembly clamp (3) and tighten to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
  3. Install the air cleaner inlet duct to throttle body retaining clamp (1) and tighten to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
  4. Install the PCV hose (2) to the air cleaner inlet duct (4).
  5. Install the radiator air upper baffle and deflector. Refer Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement .
