Front Motors

  1. Turn the ignition switch to OFF position.
  2. Disconnect the window regulator electric drive connector in question.
  3. Using jumpers, connect one of the terminals on the window regulator electric drive to the battery positive terminal. Connect the other terminal on the window regulator electric drive to the battery negative terminal. See Fig 1.
  4. Reverse the jumpers on the window regulator electric drive.
  5. The window will move in one direction (down or up) when battery voltage is supplied. When battery voltage is reversed, the window regulator electric drive operates the window in the opposite direction.
  6. If the window regulator electric drive does not operate as specified, replace the window regulator electric drive. See MOTOR  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
