Crankshaft Position Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the sensor electrical connector from the wiring harness.
3. Remove the sensor mounting bolts and remove the sensor.


INSTALLATION
1. Position the sensor assembly on the engine.
2. Install the two sensor attaching bolts and tighten to 10-11 Nm (81-105 in.lb.).
3. Route the sensor wiring harness and connect the electrical connector to the sensor.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
