Absorber Control Switch: Removal: Removal
- DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL WARNING:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
- REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 17
- REMOVE CONSOLE UPPER PANEL ASSEMBLY . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 18
- REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 19
- REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 20
- REMOVE CONSOLE BOX PLATE . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 21
- REMOVE ABSORBER CONTROL SWITCH
- Detach the 2 claws and remove the absorber control switch from the console box plate.
