Vehicle Speed Sensor Signal Buffer: Description and Operation

PURPOSE
Signal is interpreted as road speed and factored into various PCME calculations. Signal is also used by instrument cluster and cruise control.

OPERATION
This signal originates in the ABS ECU and is sent to the instrument pack. The instrument pack, in turn, sends the signal to the PCME.
