Window Regulator Assembly

  1. Remove door panel. See DOOR PANEL  . Remove plastic cover. Remove power window switch from door panel and reconnect it to door wiring harness.
  2. Move glass up or down until bolts are visible, then loosen bolts. Slide guide forward. Carefully remove glass from guide and pull out through window slot.
  3. Disconnect motor connector and detach harness clip from door. Scribe a line around rear roller guide to mark original installation position. Unbolt and remove regulator through hole in door. To install, reverse removal procedure. To align glass, see DOOR GLASS  under ADJUSTMENTS.
