Repair Procedures: Removal
- Disconnect the Negative (-) Battery Terminal.
- Remove the driver crash pad lower panel.
(Refer to Body - "CRASH PAD LOWER PANEL ")
- Remove the Steering Column Upper and Lower Shroud Panel.
(Refer to Body - "STEERING COLUMN SHROUD PANEL ")
- Remove the Multi-Function Switch.
(Refer to Body Electrical System - "MULTI-FUNCTION SWITCH ")
- Disconnect the Key Warning/Immobilizer Connectors.
- Insert Key and turn it to ACC position.
- Pushing Lock Pin (B) with the Awl.
- Remove the Key Lock Cylinder (A).

C: Ignition Switch Connector
- Remove the Ignition Switch (A) after loosening the Mounting Bolts.
