Compressor



1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove compressor drive belt.
3. Discharge refrigerant from system.
4. Disconnect compressor clutch wires from field connector on compressor.
5. Remove discharge and suction manifold from compressor. Cap refrigerant lines and compressor manifolds to prevent contamination.

6. Remove compressor attaching bolts and the compressor, Fig. 45.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
8. Leak test, evacuate and charge system.
