Blend Door Actuator: Installation

  1. Connect the wire harness connector to the blend door actuator. Install the blend door actuator on the HVAC housing, making sure its keyed shaft is positioned properly.
  2. Install the 3 fastener screws and tighten. Install the left and right underpanel silencer/ducts. Connect the negative battery cable remote terminal to the remote battery post.
