Installation Procedure

    Position the bracket (6) to the transfer case.

  2. Install all bolts (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) finger tight.
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Tighten bolts (1, 2, 5) to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
  4. Tighten bolts (3, 4) to 58 N.m (43 lb ft).
  5. Install the right wheel drive shaft. Front Wheel Drive Half Shaft Replacement - Right Side (AWD)
