Code Enable Criteria

Conditions for running DTC:

• Fuel level is more than 25 percent.
• Intake air temperature is 14-158°F (-10 to 70°C)
• Barometric pressure is greater than 11 psi (75 kPa).
• HO2S-1 output varies, indicating sensor is not hot enough to operate properly.
• Diagnostic runs only once per drive cycle.
• Engine is running.

Conditions for setting DTC:

• Engine temperature required for closed loop operation is not reached within a predetermined amount of time.
