EGR Solenoid Command

The scan tool range is 0-100 percent. Represents the EGR valve driver PWM signal from the PCM. A duty cycle of 0 percent indicates that no EGR flow is being commanded; a 100 percent duty cycle indicates maximum EGR flow commanded.
