Installation Procedure

  1. If reusing the spark plugs. Spark Plug Inspection 
  2. If using NEW spark plugs do not attempt to check gap or damage can occur, plugs come pre gapped.
  3. Tighten the spark plugs to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
  4. Install the spark plug wires onto the spark plugs. Refer to Spark Plug Wire Replacement .
  5. If replacing bank 2 spark plugs, install the radiator surge tank. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LT4) .
