Closed Loop Fuel Control Operation

Closed loop fuel control maintains an air/fuel ratio of 14.7:1. Oxygen sensor monitors oxygen content of exhaust gases, sending information to ECM. The ECM then corrects air/fuel mixture for deviations from ideal ratio.
