Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair

CADILLAC

1. Remove radiator.
2. Discharge system refrigerant.
3. Disconnect pressure hose connections.
4. Remove upper mounting bracket screws, brackets and insulators, then lift condenser from mount.
5. Reverse procedure to install, using new O-rings coated with clean refrigerant oil at connections. When installing new units, add 1 fluid ounce of fresh refrigerant oil prior to installation.
