Control System Components: Programmer: Transducer

Consists of a vacuum regulating valve and solenoid coil. Output current from the amplifier flows through the solenoid coil and controls the vacuum output of the transducer. In effect, the transducer transforms an electrical signal from the amplifier to a controlled vacuum that is then directed to a vacuum motor.
