Working from the inside out, tighten the fasteners in two steps:
1st Pass:
Exhaust Manifold to Cylinder Head Nut 14 Nm (10 lb ft)
Exhaust Manifold to Cylinder Head Stud 20 Nm (15 lb ft)
2nd Pass:
Exhaust Manifold to Cylinder Head Nut 14 Nm (10 lb ft)
Exhaust Manifold to Cylinder Head Stud 20 Nm (15 lb ft)
