Engine Oil Life

Scan Tool Range 0 percent to 100 percent. This indicates the engine oil life index. The PCM calculates engine oil life based on the number of engine revolutions seen, and on operating conditions such as calculated oil temperature. Pressing the Oil Life Monitor reset switch will return the displayed Engine Oil Life to 100 percent.
