Starter Motor: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Raise and support vehicle, if necessary.
3. Remove rear starter motor support bracket bolts, then the bracket.
4. Remove A/C compressor support rod, if equipped.
5. Remove starter motor mounting bolts, then the starter motor.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
