SH-AWD Control Unit Replacement

With BSI

1. Remove the BSI control unit BSI Control Unit Removal/Installation.

2. Remove the SH-AWD control unit (A).






3. Disconnect the SH-AWD control unit connectors (B).

4. Install the SH-AWD control unit in the reverse order of removal.

5. The SH-AWD control unit must be initialized after replacement, other wise the SH-AWD system will not function SH-AWD Control Unit Initialization.

Without BSI

1. Remove the rear left side trim cover (A).






2. Remove the SH-AWD control unit (A).

3. Disconnect the SH-AWD control unit connectors (B).






4. Install the SH-AWD control unit in the reverse order of removal.

5. The SH-AWD control unit must be initialized after replacement, other wise the SH-AWD system will not function SH-AWD Control Unit Initialization.
