Section 1 (Heater System): Testing: Relays

Remove relay. Ensure no continuity exists between terminals "A" and "C". See Fig 1 . Apply battery voltage between terminals "B" and "D". There should now be continuity between terminals "A" and "C". If continuity is not as specified, replace relay.
